Embedding service design is a 2 hr talk and practical workshop, led by Lou Downe, in identifying the causes of bad service delivery in your organisation and developing stakeholder relationships to overcome these.

This masterclass will highlight where there are potential barriers to service design in your organisation and talk through some of the skills and techniques you’ll need to bring your stakeholders along on the journey of service transformation with you.
